I wanted to take this chance to thank Dave and David of ICF Homes of Virginia for a quality job well done. I acted as my own General Contractor and ICF Homes of Virginia provided me a shell that I finished. Dave and David were very in tune to attention to detail. It boiled down to “if I’m not happy, the job wasn’t done right”. David B. was constantly on site overseeing the construction of the shell and did an absolutely fantastic job ensuring the shell was completed with the highest standards. He continuously quality checked the work that was done and corrected any deficiencies. They were very customer focused, listened to me, provided valuable inputs, and got the job done right. It was an absolute pleasure working with and getting to know Dave and David. I highly recommend this team for any ICF project.
